Your privacy matters, and I want you to feel confident that any information you share with me is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Before we begin working together, I’ll walk you through how I collect, store and use your information and give you a written copy of my Privacy Policy to keep. You’re always welcome to ask questions about this at any time.

Everything you share with me is kept strictly confidential and stored securely, in accordance with GDPR legislation. The only reason I hold any personal information is to provide you with a professional counselling service. I will never pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.

There are a small number of situations where I may be required to share information, such as where there is a legal or statutory obligation to do so. I’ll always explain these limits to confidentiality clearly before we begin.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and follow their guidance on the responsible handling of personal data.
